What We Do
Elevate Homes NW creates community impact by providing respectful property transitions and exits for owners, while providing end-to-end support that allows nonprofits and faith partners to acquire, lease, build, rehabilitate, and preserve mission-aligned housing.

Grounded in hard work, compassion, and integrity—and powered by many hearts and hands—we’re committed to helping end chronic homelessness across Oregon and SW Washington.

Our Why
Elevate Homes NW began with hearts spurred to action by witnessing the crushing barriers to accessible & adequate housing that has become a reality for a daily growing number of our friends, family and neighbors.
The State of Oregon estimates that an additional 250,000+ housing units are needed by the year
2040 to ensure residents who make 30-60% or less of each area's median income have a place to call home.

With careful planning, responsible resource stewardship, strong relationships, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we work side by side with individuals, churches, non profit organizations and community groups to build thriving communities and equitable outcomes for our PacNW neighbors.

Better Together
From initial planning to occupancy, we work with industry professionals throughout the public and private sector to ensure that each project meets the highest standards for safety and quality.
Each vibrant home or community is carefully planned and features a variety of amenities, including ample parking, landscaped courtyards, access to public transportation, children's play areas and supportive services.
We create strong partnerships with mission-aligned individuals and organizations to ensure that the people we interact with every day (seniors, veterans, teachers, students, and everyone in between) have access to a safe and affordable home in a community they love.
